FAVORITE ALL TIME MOVIE

WHEN I WAS A TEENAGER I SAW THE MOVIE "SOMEWHERE IN TIME" WITH CHRISTOPHER REEVE AND JANE SEYMOUR AND ABSOLUTELY HAVE LOVED IT EVER SINCE. IT IS SUCH A BEAUTIFUL ROMANTIC MOVIE. FROM THE VERY BEGINNING WHEN THE OLD JANE SEYMOUR APPROACHES THE YOUNG CHRISTOPHER REEVE AND SAYS "COME BACK TO ME" IT TAKES HOLD OF YOUR HEART AND HANGS ON FOREVER.
WHAT'S YOUR FAVORITE MOVIE OF ALL TIME?

You are such a softie. what is the name of your second favorite movie...the one with Snape in it? I loved that movie too. My fave is a toss up...The Sound of Music...or Brahm Stokers Dracula...or Braveheart...there is my odd mix.

MY SECOND FAVORTIE MOVIE IS TRULY, MADLY, DEEPLY. IT'S ABOUT A WOMAN WHO'S LOVER HAS DIED AND HE COMES BACK TO BE WITH HER BECAUSE SHE IS IN SO MUCH GRIEF. ONCE SHE FINDS SOMEONE NEW HE LEAVES.
IT'S HEARTBREAKING, FUNNY AND I JUST LOVE TO SEE ALAN RICKMAN!

I am going to mix Mr. Clean and Pine-Sol...it sounds delicious. I am weird. OH YEAH! That was a great movie! You and I may be the only ones that have the hots for SNAPE aka Alan Rickman.

OMG, Somewhere In Time is sobbingly awesome! Oh man, when he finds the quarter or dime or whatever it is and he goes spiraling back to the present and then he goes into this weird heartbreak coma...sob!

I just totally gave away the ending. Sorry, I do that sometimes.

Oh, and the music!! I have the cd and I listen to it at work when I want to kill the Cup Nazi...calms me down every time. Except once I'm calm, I get teary-eyed thinking about poor Christopher and Jane...and then I really get upset because I start thinking about Christopher's real life and how tragic it was, but yet how wonderful at the same time.

Obviously I have issues.

Did you ever read the book that inspired the movie? It's fantastic. Jack Finney's "Time and Again"
